• Free 15 minute consultation
• 1 45 minute online consultation session. 
• Includes nutritional advice 

These consultations offer continued advice and support with personals goals. Anyone can prescribe exercise but adherence to a regimen is always the difficult part. An holistic approach which looks at all the aspects off a persons life is the best way to achieve success. I will try to give as much information in one session as possible! This is all done through an easily accessible App and online discussion.
